Wind River Outfitters camps are located in Central Idaho’s
scenic Gospel Hump Wilderness. Offering a variety of vacation options. High
mountain lake fishing (fly fishing or cast fishing), pack-trips, backpacking,
trail rides, and photography packages 4×4 tours, Big game hunting species are;
elk, deer (mule or white tail), mountain lion, bighorn sheep, bear, moose,
bobcat, predators, and game birds. This mountain region has prime hunting area
accessible only by foot or horseback. There are 3 camps to choose from. Season
starts May to November.

Rifle Hunts. Camps

area and consists of canvas cabins that are furnished with a floor, cots with
foam pad and a wood-burning stove. Trips include all meals, horses for
transportation. Big game options’ are Elk, Mule Deer, White tail deer, Black Bear,
Mt. Lion and predators hunt one or all. We have draw hunts for Big horn sheep
and moose hunting. The area is only accessible by foot or horseback. Hunt season
stare April 28^th to June 15^th for spring bear hunt. Our
elk hunts starts September 14th runs through November 11th
